I welcome all abilities and if you’re still looking for the ‘right’ gym, then come along and take part in one of my evening 1 hour long group sessions.
The groups are small in numbers, usually max out at 10 people. Some are confident Boxers having fought, others come for the fitness aspect.
Either way, You will be put through your paces with various activities, to include but not limited to, rounds on bag work, military style training, cardio work.
You also compete in Gym challenges (Get your name as high as you can on the board!) but more importantly, the challenges give you a great visual on seeing your improvement, as you beat your own scores week on week.
