The 121 sessions I offer provide a great starting point for anyone just joining the Gym. I can dedicate time to improving your fitness levels, in line with your own personal abilities.
The 121 sessions are also great for really focusing on your specific needs, this may be whether you have just joined, or whether you have been training with me for a while
and are looking to perfect and brush up your skills, with a more personalised approach.
Some of my Fighters, decide to add a 121 to their existing training regime, in addition to attending the Boxing group sessions, in order to really hone in on their techniques.
I can tailor the session to your needs, it can be made up of either Fitness, Weights, Boxing techniques, and use of bag & pad work.
If the thought of ‘Boxing’ intimidates you, please DO NOT BE PUT OFF!!! You don’t have to train to fight and can train without experiencing any physical contact, but yet still reap the rewards that Boxing training can bring to you.
Please Note: 121’s are run on 30min basis, but it will consist of Very high intensity training.
121 sessions run all day Monday to Friday to suit your time table and start from £15 for 30 minutes. You can also purchase a block of 8 sessions for £100.
